As to provide links I’m not sure.But if a pedofile can share images taken in public places of 13 yr old girls under the “free speech” act and explain the best places to take these pctures yourself I don’t see why you can’t “discuss” online gambling
I can think of no law that you would violate, especially if no bets are placed on your site.
